In general, Social Internet may collect Information in several manners – by collecting it from its Customers or by collecting it from others. In each case, Social Internet may gather Personal Information and / or anonymous information.
Information Collected From the Customer
Social Internet may collect from Customers Information, such as, full name, address, gender, age, telephone no., e-mail address, activities, interests and views and a in the case of purchase, method of payment and details thereof.

Social Internet may also automatically collect Information through the Customer’s use of the Services using cookies and other technologies. This Information may include, without limitation, information about the Customer’s operating system, settings and system configurations, IP address, device model, device ID and other unique device identifiers, the webpages the Customer access within the Social Internet’s websites, the dates and times the Customer Access Social Internet’s websites, and web log data.
Social Internet may Share Information with third parties who assist Social Internet in operating the Services, conducting its business or otherwise serve Social Internet or perform functions on its behalf, provided that, those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Social Internet may disclose Information, including Personal Information: (a) to the extent that Social Internet is required to do so by law; (b) in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; (c) in order to establish, exercise or defend Social Internet’s legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk); (d) to any person who Social Internet reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of that personal information where, in Social Internet’s reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.
In the event that Social Internet (i) is acquired by or merged with another company; or (ii) sell or transfer assets to another company, Customer’s Information will likely be one of the transferred assets.
Customer’s Information will be collected, processed, stored and used by Social Internet, and if/when applicable may be passed to and processed by Social Internet’s subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies. Information contributed by or collected from Customers may be stored and processed in any country in which Social Internet or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using the Services, the Customer hereby acknowledge and agree that the Customer may be transferring Information, including Personal Information, outside of the country in which the Customer have contributed it, and that the Customer consent to any such transfer of Information outside of the Customer’s country to a country that may not offer the same level of protection for Information as the country in which the Customer reside.
Customer shall have the right to know what Personal Information Social Internet collect about the Customer and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which Social Internet collected it. Social Internet allows its users the option to access, change or modify information previously provided. This may be done through the sending of a request to that effect to [ ].
If Customer prefers not to receive newsletters or other marketing e-mails from Social Internet, Customer shall notify Social Internet by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any newsletter or marketing e-mail the Customer receives. Such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.
Social Internet takes security measures to help safeguard Customer’s Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although Social Internet takes steps to secure Customer’s Information, Social Internet do not promise, and Customer should not expect, that Customer’s Personal Information, activities, or other communications will always remain secure. Social Internet are taking all reasonable technical precautions in order to prevent, as much as possible, any misuse, alteration or loss of Customer’s Personal Information.
Social Internet restrict the use of the Services by individuals age 18 and above, unless Customer confirmed that local laws permit otherwise. Social Internet does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
SOCIAL INTERNET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOMER’S DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER DATA. BY USING THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT SOCIAL INTERNET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES. THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET IS INHERENTLY INSECURE, AND SOCIAL INTERNET CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF DATA SENT OVER THE INTERNET.
